We provide a full range of estate planning services, including wills, revocable living trusts, powers of attorney, and advance health-care directives. For more advanced planning, we advise clients with respect to generation skipping “dynasty” trusts, irrevocable gift trusts, and charitable planning and coordinate with client's tax and financial advisers on business succession planning, family limited partnerships, and other vehicles to protect family assets.
PROBATE & TRUST
We advise individuals and corporate Personal Representative and Trustee on all facets of probate and trust administration, including interpretation and accounting issues, taxation of trusts and estates, and fiduciary duties and liability. We also assist with the preparation of fiduciary income, gift, and estate tax returns.
CONSERVATORSHIPS & GUARDIANSHIPS
Assist Clients in filing for conservatorship and guardianship of minors or incapacitated adults in need of assistance with the management of their assets.
Represent clients in cases involving reformation or early termination of trusts, breach of fiduciary duties and will and trust contests
Our firm uses the MyCase case management system. The MyCase Client Portal provides a secure environment for us to communicate and share case and billing information with clients and contacts. JEFFREY R. NIEBLING
Mr. Niebling earned his B.S.C. degree in accounting at Santa Clara University and his J.D., cum laude, at Creighton University School of Law. Mr. Niebling holds an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell rating service, has been listed as a Superlawyer and has been featured as one of Hawaii's best lawyers in trusts and estate by Honolulu Maganze since 2016. He currently serves as a member of the Judiciary’s Committee on the Uniform Probate Code and Probate Court Practices and is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. He also serves on the advisory boards for various non-profit organizations and frequently lectures to business groups on estate planning and taxation issues. Most recently, Mr. Niebling spearheaded a group involving estate planning attorneys, bank representatives and other interested parties in revising HRS 509-2 extending the protective benefits of tenancy by the entirety to trusts and testifying before the Hawaii State Legislature in assuring its passage.
KAUANOE M. K. FUJINAKA
A graduate of Kamehameha Schools, the University of Redlands and the William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawaii, Mrs. Fujinaka concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning and probate and trust administration. She recently served as President of the Probate and Estate Planning Section of the Hawaii State Bar Association.

After receiving her JD from Creighton University School of Law, Sandy served as a Vice President and Certified Wealth Advisor for Bank of Hawaii for over 15 years overseeing nearly $500 million in client assets.
